Thank you for choosing Press Ons by LM! Each set is handmade with love and care, so please read through the information below before placing your order. Processing times vary depending on the type of set you choose.

PROCESSING TIME

Ready-to-Order Sets
Please allow 1–3 business days for your set to be prepared and packaged. These sets are already designed and ready to be made for you.

Inspiration Sets
Please allow 3–5 business days for your set to be made. Inspiration sets feature a pre-planned design, but each set is still freshly made for your order.

Custom Sets
Please allow 5–10 business days for custom orders. Since custom sets are created from scratch based on your requested design, additional time may be needed to make sure every detail is perfect.

♡ Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time. Business days are Monday–Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within the United States.

Standard Shipping: Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Priority Shipping: Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for delivery after your order has shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your package is dropped off.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long do press-on nails last?
With proper application and care, press-on nails can last 1–3 weeks or longer. How long they last depends on your application, daily activities, and how well you care for them.

How do I know what nail size to order?
Please refer to the Sizing Info page for instructions on measuring your nails using the coin method, measuring tape, or the premade sizing options available.

What comes with my order?
Each set comes with the supplies you need for application, including your press-on nails, nail glue, alcohol prep pad, nail file, cuticle stick, cuticle oil, buffer and application instructions sent to your email.

Can I request a rush order?
Rush orders may be available depending on my current workload. Please contact me before placing your order to see if your requested deadline can be accommodated. Additional fees may apply.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because press-on nails are handmade and made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.

What if my package is delayed or says delivered but I haven't received it?
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. Please use your tracking number to check for updates or contact the carrier directly regarding delays or delivery issues. If you need help, you can always reach out to me.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Press Ons by LM only ships within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future!

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancel your order. Once your order has entered the production process, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of press-on nails, refunds are not generally offered. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can assist you.
